Instructions:

Cut the pineapple, mango, rambutan and guava into pieces, put them in a suitable bowl and refrigerate for about 1 hour. In a frying pan, sprinkle the sugar and the almond kernels with the juice of one lemon until the sugar thickens. Provide the sake and the plums cut into strips.

Then heat the frying pan and stir the sugar without stopping (!) until it caramelizes. Then extinguish with the sake and remove the frying pan from the hot plate. Gently stir the plums in the hot broth for about 30 to 45 seconds and then pour the contents of the frying pan over the other fruit in the baking dish.
