For the egg spread-light, hard-boil the eggs.one hard-boiled egg, yolk of the second egg, skimmed curd cheese, processed cheese and “pickle water” mix well (best in a blender), season with mustard, horseradish, salt and pepper. Chop the gherkins and the white of the second egg into small cubes and carefully fold into the egg and curd mixture.
