For the puff pastry quiche with Roquefort, grease a quiche or springform pan and line with the puff pastry. Cut away any overhanging edges. Preheat the oven to 190°C degrees.

Mix heavy cream cheese with butter and Roquefort until creamy. Add eggs and whipped cream. Mix in the herbs as well. Season with salt and pepper and spread the filling on the pastry base. Bake the puff pastry quiche with Roquefort in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
