Instructions:

For Swabian potato salad, boil potatoes until tender, cut into evenly thin slices while still warm and place in a salad bowl.

Peel onion and chop finely. Add to the potatoes.

Dissolve soup seasoning in hot water and gently stir into salad. Season to taste with liquid seasoning, pepper and salt.

Swabian potato salad can be eaten lukewarm or room-warm, but should not be older than 3-4 hours.
