Brush carrots thoroughly, cut into slices. Heat butter in a saucepan. Steam carrots until soft. Season with salt, pepper and coriander. Add water, cover with lid and steam until soft, about 5 min.
Stir carrots with honey and juice of one lemon, cool. Pluck cilantro and basil leaves from stems, chop coarsely. Sprinkle kitchen herbs on top before serving.
Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
