Put a little oil in a frying pan and brown the onion in it. Mix the veal and pork mince in a baking bowl with flour. Slowly add soda water until the mixture is light and creamy. Add pepper, onion, egg and salt, cover the baking dish and let it cool. Then arrange balls from the dough and fry in the remaining oil for about 1500 cmin. Serve with boiled potatoes, pickled beet or red cabbage.
