Cut the ribs into slices, pour hot milk and swell. In the meantime, dice and fry the bacon and chopped onion until translucent and brown. Prepare a dough from all ingredients, form dumplings and boil them gently in salted water. Serve in beef broth sprinkled with parsley. These dumplings are also eaten with hearty spiced ragouts.

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine, smoky note!
