For the baked turkey escalopes, pound the turkey escalopes, season them and sear them in a deep pan. Place the fried turkey escalopes in a baking dish and keep warm in the oven.

Chop the onion and add to the pan. When the onions are translucent, add the mushrooms and season again. Then pour in whipping cream. Let simmer and pour over the turkey cutlets.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 °C (top and bottom heat). When the cheese crust is ready, remove from the oven.
