A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Crumble the marzipan. Mix with egg whites, sugar, oil, baking aroma and 25 g ground pine nuts with a mixer until smooth.
Fill into a piping bag with a No. 8 nozzle and pipe into crescents or cat’s tongues on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread 50 g pine nuts evenly on top. Bake in a heated oven.
Circuit: 150 to 160 degrees , 2nd slide bar v. U.
150 to 160 °C , convection oven 15 to 18 min.
cool down. Melt the glaze in a hot water bath on 3 or automatic heat 12 and dip the underside of the cookies in it.
Makes about 60 pieces
