For the banana tiramisu, add cocoa powder to the milk according to taste and mix well. Cream the sugar with the egg yolk and add the mascarpone. Mix everything well.

Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and then add to the egg mixture. Cut the bananas into slices.

Now line the bottom of a baking dish with 24 biscuits (depending on the size of the dish – less or more) and drizzle with the cocoa milk mixture.

Then one-third of the cream on top half of the banana slices. Spread the remaining 24 biscuits on the cream layer and drizzle. Top with the second third of the cream and the remaining banana slices.

Finally, spread the remaining cream over the bananas and dust with a little cocoa powder. Place the banana tiramisu in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
