For the cream soup, peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and boil in salted water until soft. Strain the potatoes. Then boil water, caraway seeds and salt.

Mix flour, sour milk and cream and stir into the water-cumin mixture. Bring to the boil and add the potatoes.
