For the Buddha Bowl with beans and olives, prepare the quinoa according to package instructions.

Cut the bell bell pepper into strips, sweet potato into cubes, Chioggia turnip into thin slices and cucumber into cubes. Strain the beans. Cook the sweet potato cubes until done.

Sauté the bell bell pepper strips and broccoli florets briefly in a little oil with a pinch of salt.

For the dressing, mix the sesame oil and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Wash the lettuce and put it in a bowl. Spread the vegetables, olives, beans and quinoa on the salad. Pour the dressing over it. Garnish with walnut kernels and serve the Buddha Bowl with beans and olives.
