For about one 200 ml jar:











Instructions:

For the tomato jam, remove the stalk from the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.

Bring to a boil together with the sugar and the remaining ingredients, then turn down and simmer for about 30 minutes.

After the cooking time, empty through a sieve and simmer for another 30 minutes. Make a jelly test and pour into clean jars. Store the tomato jam in the refrigerator.
