For the onion cutlets, mix sour cream with onion soup and put cutlets in it for 1 – 2 hours.

Then put everything into an ovenproof dish. Put the cutlets next to each other and put them in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

The onion cutlets are ready when the surface has browned a bit. For more sauce, simply add a little water to the sour cream at the beginning.
