Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Fill a buttered gratin dish with the thinly rolled out dough and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cut the pumpkin into finger-thick squares, boil them in vinegar water until soft and drain. Mix the minced meat with the spices and, if you like, with bread rolls. Alternate layers of pumpkin, grated cheese and meat mixture on the dough, with pieces of pumpkin on top. Pour the cream on top and sprinkle with cheese and butter flakes. Make strips of the remaining dough and weave them into a lattice. Brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven for 1 hour.
