For the baked potato with minced meat, peas and sour cream, the first step is to prepare the potatoes. To do this, wash the tubers and prick them all around. Brush with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven (200 degrees, convection oven) for about an hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions first, then the chopped garlic. Add the minced meat and brown well. Add the peas, deglaze with a dash of water and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram and a pinch of nutmeg.

Remove the potatoes from the oven and cut them in half. Fill the potatoes with the mixture and put a few spoonfuls of sour cream on top.

Cut the chives into fine rolls.

Arrange the baked potato with mince, peas and sour cream on a plate, sprinkle with the chives and serve.
