Instructions:

For the plum skewers, dry roast almonds and bread crumbs in a pan, stirring constantly.

Place in a bowl and mix with stevia, cinnamon and butter.

Cut the plums lengthwise, but do not cut through, remove the stone.

Fill each with a little almond paste to seal in the upper third of each on a wooden skewer. Arrange 3 plums in a row in this way.

Place the plum skewers in a buttered baking dish and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
