Remove peel from potatoes, rinse and cut into bite-sized cubes. Remove the skin from the onions, cut into wedges. Clean, rinse and dice bell bell pepper. Sauté vegetables in hot oil. Remove garlic from peel, chop and add. Season with salt and pepper. Add the paradeis pulp and sauté briefly. Extinguish with clear soup and simmer for about half an hour with the lid closed.

Clean cabbage thoroughly, rinse, cut into strips and add 5 min before the end of cooking time.

Stir flour with a little water until smooth. Bind the sauce with it. Season with ground cloves, pepper, salt and cayenne pepper. Cut parsley into strips and sprinkle over goulash.
