Made super fast in the morning, thanks to the fast temperature heating in the Airfryer!

For the Breakfast Wraps, fry the bacon in the Philips Airfryer at 180 °C and lift it out again. Beat eggs, season with salt and pepper and pour into the Airfryer pan. Stir constantly and cook at 170 °C until creamy. Cut the tomato and mushrooms into coarse pieces. Mix the yogurt and chives, season with salt and pepper.

Warm the tortillas briefly in the airfryer.

Spread the yogurt cream on the warm tortillas, place the egg dish, bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms, sprinkle with cheese and top with some lettuce leaves.

Roll up the wraps and enjoy!

Perfect served with an iceberg lettuce and the remaining yogurt sauce!
