Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Pluck the parsley from the stems and chop finely as well.
Mix together with the remaining ingredients and form about 8 to 10 meat loaves.
Roast in the stove at 200 °C for about 35 to 40 minutes. Or in a frying pan over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes each side, depending on how large the meat loaves are.
