For the chocolate mousse with cherries, heat the mascarpone and once it is liquid, turn off the heat, add the chocolate and let it melt with the residual heat.
Stir in butter and sukrin and add milk until smooth. Half fill 6 glasses with chocolate mousse, spread 5 cherries per glass, top with remaining mousse and finish with 5 cherries each. Let the chocolate mousse with cherries rest at room temperature for a few hours.
