For the dumplings, mix all ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Bring water with a pinch of salt to a boil in a large pot and let the dumpling mixture slide into the water with the help of a kitchen board and a coffee spoon.
As soon as the dumplings float to the surface, fish them out with a sieve scoop and rinse with cold water. Serve the finished gnocchi with any kind of food.
