Pine nuts: sugar and pine nuts together in a frying pan with a little water caramelize on a tray form, cool and carefully crush with the back of a knife or kitchen hammer.
Quantity: beat egg, yolks, sugar and white wine on a water bath until bound (quantity must be heated to 70 °C when beating), cool while stirring. Fold in crushed pine nuts together with whipped cream, fill into a cake tin lined with cling film and freeze.
Serve with a mixture of wild berries (Tk) marinated in a tiny bit of currant liqueur, mint and real vanilla with lime sour cream (100 ml sour cream, juice of 2 limes, sugar and grated lime peel).
