Tk puff pastry to thaw, roll out (14×14 cm). For each unit, grease a small baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread puff pastry in it and set aside to cool.

Peel and chop garlic cloves. Select spinach, rinse, drain thoroughly. Heat oil, sauté garlic in it.

Add spinach, drop together, season with salt, pepper and a tiny bit of juice of a lemon. Fold in deep sea crabs. Form everything in the molds. Stir in horseradish, crème fraîche, eggs and pour over the top. Bake in heated oven (200 °C ) for about 15 minutes.
