Mixed in equal parts. 3 tsp per 1/2 liter of water, brew over and steep in about 3 min, sweeten with 3 tsp honey.

Usage:

3 times 1 cup daily to increase the body’s defenses and detoxification in colds and flu-like infections.

Linden blossoms: diaphoretic, expectorant and toxin expectorant, immune enhancing Elderberry blossoms: as above

Woolwort flowers: diaphoretic, anti-infectious, against cold-related neuralgia, hoarseness, inflammation.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these also have a fresh taste!
