For the roast pork grandmother style, first season the roast pork with salt, bell pepper and paprika powder and caraway seeds. Heat the frying fat and brown the meat in it.

Peel and chop 2 onions and add to the meat. Pour in clear soup and steam for about 1.5 hours.

Peel apples and remove core. Cut apples and remaining peeled onion into slices. Add apple and onion slices to roast pork about 15 minutes before end of cooking time.

Remove roast and arrange with apple and onion slices. Stir flour with a little cold water and thicken the sauce with it, refine with whipped cream.

Arrange the roast pork in grandmother’s style and serve immediately.
