For the köfte, first prepare all the necessary ingredients so that you can cook quickly and efficiently.
Chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a little oil. Mix well minced meat, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs. Mix in oregano, parsley, paprika powder, salt and bell pepper. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes.
Form 2 x 4 cm rolls and fry them on the grill for about 10 minutes.
Serve the köfte with grilled vegetables and potato wedges.
