Salt and pepper the saddle of lamb – sear in olive oil. Add garlic, thyme and rosemary. Roast in the oven at about 200°C for about 25 minutes – remove and let rest briefly. Foam the butter in the roast residue. Add the onion, kohlrabi and bell bell pepper – salt.
