Instructions:

Bring the milk to the boil. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff, add a little sugar. Cut out dumplings into the boiling milk with a spoon, turn once (goes quickly). Put the dumplings into a bowl, stir well the custard powder and the remaining sugar and stir into the boiling milk for 1 minute, let cool a bit and pour into the snow dumplings while still warm.
