Cut the fruit into pieces and mix with the juice of one lemon. Make custard from milk, sugar, and vanilla pudding and stir the orange juice into the sauce after it has boiled.

Three quarters of the sauce to the fruit form. In a gratin dish, alternate layers of fruit and lasagna sheets (ending with lasagna sheets) and pour the remaining vanilla sauce on top.

Bake everything at 180 °C for 35 min. Sprinkle with almond kernels and bake for another 10 min.

Tip: You can also use the large, meatier raisins instead of raisins once!
