For the tofu cream cheese sugo, dice the onion, press the tofu with a fork until crumbly and then fry both in olive oil. Season with garlic powder and add the canned tomatoes.

Mix everything well and then add the cream cheese, salt and bouillon cube. Add sugar to taste and simmer for a while.
