Cream margarine, powdered sugar and orange zest, stir in egg yolks and egg, fold in flour. Fill the mixture into a piping bag with a smooth nozzle and pipe small doughnuts onto baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake in oven preheated to 190 °C for approx. 15 minutes. Finely mince the aranzini and mix with jam until smooth. Spread on half of the doughnuts and cover with the other half. Melt the chocolate coating in a water bath. Dip half of the doughnuts in it. Allow to cool.
