For the chocolate cake, melt chocolate with butter in a water bath, let cool a bit and add remaining ingredients.

When the dough is very liquid, fold in some flour.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, pour the batter into a 26 cm pan and bake for 40 minutes.

When cooled, sprinkle the chocolate cake with powdered sugar.
