Instructions:

Clean the potatoes well in their skins and brush them clean. Wrap in foil and cook in hot oven at 200 °C for about 1 hour.

After overcooling, carefully hollow out to 1 cm thick edge. Cook vegetables until tender and coarsely chop.

Mix with potato mixture, egg, yolk, breadcrumbs and flour and season with salt and pepper.

Fill the mixture into the potatoes and cook in the oven until done. Serve with a few dollops of sour cream.
