Instructions:

Remove leaves from cauliflower and place in salted water for 20 min with the stem facing up, drain. Boil water and cook cabbage for 20 min at low temperature.

Place cauliflower on a preheated platter. Heat oil in a frying pan, add flour and sweat. Extinguish with the reserved part of the cauliflower water, stirring throughout. Stir cheese into the sauce as well. Season heartily with the spices.

Spread sauce evenly over cauliflower and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

Serve with: cooked, peeled potatoes and chopped lettuce.
