Instructions:

For the Berliner Boulettes, mix 500g minced meat, 3 chopped onions, a double packet of finely diced bacon, 2 finely chopped gherkins, 3 tablespoons mustard, 4 eggs and a dash of olive oil.

Then mix with grated bread or bread flour until the mixture is no longer sticky. Shape it into small balls (boulettes) and fry the boulettes in the pan until they are cooked through.
