Instructions:

Soak the raisins in 3 tbsp wine and 3 tbsp water. Break bread into small pieces, make with 1/2 L water and the cinnamon stick 15 min. Stir soup through a sieve and add the wine.

Bring the bread soup to boil repeatedly, remove from the stove and add the egg yolks beaten with sugar. At the end add the raisins.

Tip: You can simmer raisins as well.
