Instructions:

Add oil and a little salt to water, bring to a boil and cook pasta in it until al dente.

Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Heat butter in frying pan. Add the egg mixture, then add the pasta and cook over low heat with the lid closed until the egg mixture sets.

In the meantime, cut the tomatoes into eighths, peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and add to the tomatoes.

Spread both evenly over the pasta and sprinkle with cress.
