For the Mexican Style Pasta Casserole, cut the vegetables into small strips. Cook the pasta in salted water and set aside. Heat some oil in a pan, brown meat in it, add vegetables and steam a little.
Add 100ml water and spices remove from heat and add pasta. Mix in a handful of grated cheese and place in a baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake at 200° until the cheese has formed a nice crust. Mix some sour cream with freshly ground pepper and chili flakes and serve with the Mexican Style Pasta Casserole.
