For the chia blood orange pudding, squeeze the blood orange and mix the juice with chia seeds and apple sweetener. Stir frequently at the beginning. Refrigerate for about 2 hours (or overnight). Fillet the tangerine.

Wash the apple and cut into thin wedges. Now place the fruit on top of the chia pudding. Sprinkle with hemp seeds, chopped pecans, goji berries and finely chopped mint leaves.
