Instructions:

Bring milk with butter, salt and lemon briefly to a boil. While stirring, add the flour and continue to stir until the mixture separates from the edge of the pot. Remove the saucepan from the heat, cool the mixture briefly and gradually fold in the curd cheese and egg yolks. Then carefully fold in the egg whites, beaten to stiff peaks, into which the sugar has been beaten. Finally, gently mix in the berries. Fill everything together into a buttered, floured baking dish – only 3/4 full. Bake the casserole at 160°C in a bain-marie for about 50 minutes, then turn it out and serve it garnished with a fruit sauce.
