A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Sprinkle the slices of meat with salt and pepper. Heat garlic butter (1), brush the insides of the roulades with it. On top ham and celery form. Roll up, pin with toothpicks. Heat garlic butter (1) in a casserole, pour in roulades and brown on all sides. Pour the wine, season with paradeis pulp. Cover and simmer for about 90 minutes. Heat the beans in the remaining garlic butter (3) and serve with them. Serve with long grain rice or ribbon noodles.
