The day before, peel the garlic, press it through a press. Stir through with three quarters of the oil and the herbs.

Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Roll out dough on floured surface to a sheet about 20 by 15 inches. Using a pastry wheel, divide into pieces about 10 by 2 inches. Brush baking sheet with remaining oil. Place sticks on top. Brush with the seasoning oil.

Bake on the second rack from the bottom in the oven for about 10 minutes. Serve as a side dish to the Paradeiser Consomme.
