For the chili con carne, soak the beans overnight, then cook in the soaking water until soft. Dice the roast beef and crested beef and cook with the beans until tender.

Peel onion, cut into rings and sauté with garlic. Blanch tomatoes, remove skins, chop coarsely and add to meat with onion rings.

Mix polenta with water and let swell for 20 minutes. Add to meat and season with salt, bell pepper, paprika and chili sauce.

Wash bell bell pepper, remove core, dice and mix in. Before serving, let the chili con carne steam for 15 minutes.
