For the spinach and cheese strudel, first roll out the puff pastry and cover with the spinach leaves.

Chop the feta cheese and spread evenly on the spinach. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and oregano.

Roll up the spinach-cheese strudel and brush it with the beaten egg. Bake in the oven at 170°C for about 40 minutes.
