Cut the meat into 5 portions, fry lightly with a little bit of butter together with the onions and the potatoes in a small saucepan. Butter the sheets of strudel dough and evenly distribute the potatoes, garlic cloves, meat, onions, cheese and oregano in them. Add a tiny bit of butter to each unit, wrap the dough and roll into oblong parcels. Oil a baking pan, butter the outside of the packets and cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil. Cook in the oven over medium heat for about an hour.
