Instructions:

For the lasagna with oyster mushrooms, chop the oyster mushrooms and fry them in a pan. Finely chop the onion and fry. Add tomatoes and tomato paste, season with Italian herbs, salt and pepper and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Peel and finely chop the garlic and add to the sauce. Brown the flour in the hot oil, pour in the milk and cook, stirring constantly, until creamy. After boiling, stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with a pinch of nutmeg and salt.

Brush a baking dish with oil and fill in layers of pasta sheets ragout and bechamel sauce. Finally sprinkle with cheese and bake the lasagna with oyster mushrooms in the oven for about 45 minutes at 160 °C.
