Instructions:

Cut the beef, liver, potatoes and vegetables into cubes of about the same size.

Put the diced beef in a shallow saucepan, add the juice of one lemon, paradeis pulp, pepper and soy sauce, stir and if necessary add water until the mixture is well covered, cook on low heat with the lid closed for 1/2 to 3/4 hour until the meat is tender.
