For the aniseed balls, beat the eggs with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy white. Fold in the flour. Preheat the oven to 150 °C hot air.

Place small heaps (approx. 8-10) on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with aniseed. Bake for approx. 8 minutes (watch carefully when the loaves get a slightly brown edge).

In the meantime, you can prepare the next tray with heaps. Immediately remove from the tray and bend over a wooden spoon or similar. Allow the aniseed balls to cool.
