For the beef oil, lightly fry the coarsely chopped onion in lard, add the tomato paste, soup powder, garlic, marjoram and water and bring to the boil.

Puree the “onion soup” with a blender, stir in paprika powder and the diced meat and simmer until the meat is soft.

Season the beef oil with salt if necessary.
